revolution spec?

I have been looking and found many different theorys on the proccessors.

These are the most common.

dual 1.8 PPC

dual 2.5 PPC + physics core

dual 2.5 PPC

single PPC

Quad 2.5 PPC + physics core

PPC = power pc

What one is true is there something I am leaving out?

Af far as I know it will have a redesigned version of the Gamecube CPU and GPU that will be around two times as powerful as their gamecube's counterparts. It may not even reach 128MB of Ram. But it's all speculation by now and judging by how the Gamecube performed, I wouldn't be so concerned about processing power.

The most legitimate rumor circling around is that the revolution is "like a beefed-up Xbox".

I personally hope it's at least a little better than that... but I bet it will be fun as hell, regardless of it's specs.

i personally think nintendo is digging a whole and gettting covered in it. they didnt show anything at last year e3's so we hardley knew anything and then the showed us the controller ( aka the romote crap) i think being so secret about it is gonna be the deomise of the revlution sales

What would have been the fun in that? If they said it all everyone would have been excited for about a month and then just kinda let it go. They were smart and kept us wondering.

And it isnt a redesign of the gamecubes CPU and GPU. They started from a new idea and went from the bottom and build up.

Does anyone know exactly what kind of disc format they will use?
