I saw that elby released this in Japan. Why not in USA in an English version. Is there anywhere we can download it? I really wish they would release it for Mac......I would definitly buy this.

There are alternatives to CloneDVD for Mac. Pop over to http://www.fastdvdcopy.com/ and you can get a program that will make any kind of DVD backup you want with just one click. It's also fairly customizable if you want to chop out unwanted extras (out takes, etc) if you want better compression quality.

The one downer...it's $100 US which seems a bit pricey to me. But I guess if you're in the market for an easy mac DVD backup solution, there it is.
