Hi ya. For about the last 4 days I have been trying to burn a dvd using Nero 7 UE. Everything works great until I go to view the dvd in my regular standalone player, then the audio goes out of sync. I have checked the video before burning and it plays great on my pc, audio in sync and everything. I have tried burning it using different programs, such as TMPGEnc DVD Author still the audio goes out of sync after I have burnt it. I have noticed though, that if I burn the video without making any chapters with Nero the audio isn't out of sync. I decided to author the video with TMPGEnc DVD Author and make chapters, thinking it might just be Nero, but after burning it there was still sync problems. I guess I should say that the original video file is PAL and that I converted it over to NTSC. It just really boogles my mind that the audio is in sync as long as I don't add chapters and menus. But I would really like to be able to add those. Would anyone happen to have any recommendations? Any thoughts about this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Matt

@guyy

You need to run your AVI file(s) through K-Lite codec Pack to fix the codec errors (i.e. audio issues or corrupted) and have it tweak and fix it in prior to start your new project with Nero Vision.

Thanks for the help. I have a question though concerning the k-lite codec. My video files are in mpeg format so will this codec support that, or will I need to make the video as an AVI file? Thanks again for the help
