hi, i have an mp4 player, distributed by "Oscar International Group Co.,Limited", the model is OSC-034M and my laptop and pc cant recognizing it, i have plug the USB and nothing. please help me..... and sorry about my english.

yes, before the problem, i've use my mp4 in other pc with windows XP, and it was ok. but now i don't know what happens with it.

by the way my Laptop has WinXp Service Pack, and is a IBM T22 or something like that. please help me. thanx

i really don't know, but my brother has a mp3 Panasonic, and it works very good in my Laptop and PC. I have download 2 diferents drivers from windows update and nothing.

It may have a techincal area preventing it from connecting. Without meaning to cause offence, maybe you should buy a product with a decent reputation. And if you do buy off-brand, then keep the reciept of the store in which you bought it.

it's a mp4, read mp3, wma, wav, and video files in dmv format, .pho pictures, radio am, fm. flash drive, usb conection. and thats all i know.
