i have ordered the xecuter 3 ce it should be here today is that one any good and do thay come flashed with a dash board?

The Xecuter3 is a good chip, I beleive you are a little confused though, the chip contains the BIOS, not the dash. If you want to know if it has a BIOS on it, I beleive it has a Cromwell. Go to teamexecuter.com for all the tuts you will need for your chip. Try xbox-scene.com as well.

thanks i was a little confused about the bios and thank for the link i get that for sure, but do i just pick and choose the files i want from it im not sure how that works?

When you success to load the autoinstaller CD/DVD in xbox. It has a lot of options like:
format hDD
install dashboards
install emulators
install apps
flash bios
So you choose to flash bios. Then it will ask you which bios you want to flash. Then select the bank on X3. And flash it.
