Can I merge chapters into one overall chapter?

I have a lot of tv shows on my hard disc which I'm burning to dvd and putting on a menu. Two shows to one disc and one menu. Some of the shows are split into several chapters instead of one and I'm getting a pile of 'shows' where there should only be 2 on the disc. Can I merge chapters using Nero Vision 4? There is a page on it which seems to do it but the merge button is always grayed out. Hope someone can help.

You might like to trawl through some of the guides at the top of the page, might be something in there that will help. I'm not putting you off, I just cant give you an answer with any certainty
