Ok let me get this out of the way i have never ever been able to play a cd based burned ps2 game on my system.I have a fliptop with a modchip (NH9) and it never works it boots up and it says ps2 after that the screen just stays black the game im trying to burn now is Gradius 5 and Rez i tried to burn it at the slowest speeds using nero and dvd decryptor and it still doesn't work am i doing something wrong?
some ps2 will not play "blue' discs (cd) for some reason. my ps2 will play ps1 originals but will not play back ups. i was advised to adjust the laser but as it worked fine with ps2 games i did not want to mess about with it.
i dont know if adjusting your laser will help or not. some ps2s just refuse to play cd's.
open Nero burning rom,and select udf/iso option,....click new
open the folder with all the files/folders in,(get both on the same screen, its easier)
drag over the folders etc into nero(column on the left),dont worry about the order that thay appear in nero
as long as you drag them over in the exact same order as they appeared in isobuster you will be ok
burn it onto a dvd
its not gauranteed to work,as some games have lba checks in them,so dont blame me
