some ps2 will not play "blue' discs (cd) for some reason. my ps2 will play ps1 originals but will not play back ups. i was advised to adjust the laser but as it worked fine with ps2 games i did not want to mess about with it.

i dont know if adjusting your laser will help or not. some ps2s just refuse to play cd's.

convert the cd's to dvd's

this will convert ps2 cd's onto dvd

what you need

scanlite v 3.7....>get it from here http://home.versatel.nl/joeriroels/Download/download.html

isobuster
nero

open the image with isobuster

drag all the folders listed, one by one into a new folder, taking note of the order

open scanlite, and browse for the folder you just put the bin image in

click dvd....(if the game was originally a dvd rip,you must click restore first, then scan all the files/folders,etc)then after this..

scan all the files/folders,etc

http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/4786/cdtodvdguide7xj.jpg

open Nero burning rom,and select udf/iso option,....click new

open the folder with all the files/folders in,(get both on the same screen, its easier)
drag over the folders etc into nero(column on the left),dont worry about the order that thay appear in nero

as long as you drag them over in the exact same order as they appeared in isobuster you will be ok

burn it onto a dvd

its not gauranteed to work,as some games have lba checks in them,so dont blame me
