ok since tuesday i have bot downloaded anything as i was not getting anything above 5kb down 5kb up.

the reason for this was a test to see if this article was true

well friday i worked out that it would be 4 days from when my download speed crashed to 5kb max
tried downloading and was still 5kb max.saturday was the same .come sunday would be the truth,well started downloading and guess what i was getting a download from the same source a DOWNLOAD OF 63KB.now is this a true test to what the article said.Well it does state there would be a limit of 150mb a day.well not sure how this has come about but after downloading 900mb my connection to tiscali was dropped.I logged back on and the download was back to the 5kb max.Now the strange one is 6 days at at only 5kb then day 7 63kb from same source was reached i downloaded 900mb then line dropped,then its back to 5kb,6 days of 150mb as stated in article as 150mb a day comes to 900mb,well thats what i reached then back to the 5kb.
i will test this again for another 6 days to see if my download from the same source indeed does go back up only after 6 days from now.Then i will not use it for 14 days and see if i can download each day 15omb only
If so this will prove the article correct and capping has started.

i know it doesn't sound very nice, but one way you can speed up you BT is to limite you UPLOAD rate,keep it between 7--10, see what happens.
