AnyDVD is probably one of the easist and least error prone programs out there for what it does. It generally takes someone with intent to screw it up and fail to have success with it.

IMO it is "operator error" for at least 95% of the complaints that people have with programs not performing. There appears to be a large disconect between the brain and the keyboard and everything is the "fault of the program".

I have to agree with that statement. I just can't figure out how you can screw up something as easy to use as AnyDVD is. The only major problem was the complete re-write of version 5.0 which they corrected in less than a few days. By default you don't even have to turn it on. I just don't know what else to say.
