no that didn't do the trick...
It did change the fact that the message only pops up once instead of 3 times...

I also forgot to say that the error was originally about Adobe Acrobate Reader, and when i uninstalled that, The message started popping up about my Norton Antivirus, only when the computer is first turned on. Any advice?

Also, i was wondering what you are looking for in a HjT log determine whether it has a virus or not.

Anyway thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

@silverway: I'm sorry but I don't understand that language. Is it Flemish or something? Could you please translate that to English?

It's Dutch, I will translate it:

"Kan een bestandsnaam of klassenaam niet vinden tijdens een automatiseringsbewerking: 'RegExp'"

means

"Can not find a filename or classesname during a automatic adaptation: 'RegExp'"

I understand that the log of HijackThis isn't enough.
How can I get the log of SmitfraudFix?

Ok. Well, the language was quite close, anyway ;)

First make sure that you unzipped everything from smitfraudfix.zip to desktop and try again.

If that doesn't work, try to run smitfraudfix in safe mode.

@silverway: Yes I do :)

* Reboot your computer in Safe Mode (before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually)
* Double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
* Select 2 and hit Enter to delete infect files.
* You will be prompted: Do you want to clean the registry ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
* The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.
* A reboot may be needed to finish the cleaning process. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Reboot to normal mode.

I did every stap except of the following point.
I haven't seen this one:

* The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found): Replace infected file ? answer Y (yes) and hit Enter to restore a clean file.

So far I can see everything is all right.
No theguardservices.com as startpage and no irritating popus anymore.

@silverway: Yes, that's a clean log.
I don't see any firewall or are you using windows built-in firewall?
If so, I recommend to get a better one, see here ->

@silverway: Nice to hear :) Anyway, I don't personally consider windows built-in firewall as a firewall at all and that's why recommend you to get better one.

Hey, I'm having the exactly problem, with the red icon at the bottom right. The message
"Your computer is infected! Critical system Error! Sysdtem detected virus activities. This may cause critical system Failure. Please, use anti-malware software to clean and protect your system from parastite programs. Click here to get all available software." pops up.

I've tried symantec anti virus and windows defender but nothing works.

I've used the SmitFraudFix option 1 and this is the file:
