this is the gfx card (640mb): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121034

and the ram is just a 184pin 1gb stick.

Not all memory sticks are the same, which one did you go with?
The power supply's rubbish, guess you didn't learn there, but you've picked a good 8800GTS.
