Thanks - I loaded that on yesterday and followed the same steps, but got the same message, from the steps I outlined above, is there anything I'm missing?
Cheers..

Are you sure your firmware update was with the latest Cryptstar firmware. As your earlier post said you used version 4.00 firmware and not Cryptstar.

I'm not 100% sure, but I've updated the box with the Crypstar file you specified, using the latest GTRomloader.
When I get home, I'll power the box on, go to hidden menu, ensure EMU is on, emsure Nagravision is set to N*L, turn it onto a premium channel and hopefully it will work.
If it doesn't, should I reset to factory settings and then do an auto-scan?
Thanks for the help and patience.

Hi guys, long time no need for coms. I've lost all access to non terresrial channels a couple of days ago. Key EMU is still on but I cant launch Factory settings as it is not recognising the default code of 0000. All channels are showing on the menu but when they are selected I get the message "data is being updated (%) this just keeps re-cycling having exceeded 100%. Any thoughts? Is there any way I could have accidentally reset the access code for factoy setting?

Hi again,
have done a factory reset and turned off box at back before re-starting and auto scan for TW. Have gone into secret menu and set key emu to on. No change has resulted........still says updating information (%). Have never done manual entry of codes. Are these published somewhere and is there a instruction guide available? Regards C

Pleased for you, and as regards your query as to sourcing the firmware for your box, you will always find that in Eamo's FTA Library at the bottom of my post. Just go into the Folder that has your box type on, have a look around and you will find help files in Documentation. Good Luck.

Hi, I know I'm a bit of an ignoramous when it comes to all this technology stuff but are there any box's that support HD and maybe have hard drive function as well.
Happy New Year to you all by the way.
