i know all of that, and i'm waiting for my memory i bought to get here, and i'm just trying to figure out the other ways people suggested for me to do but are also giving me problems. i got new blanks awhile ago and am just waiting for my memory to get here, and then go back to burning with nerovision.
i ordered an extra 512mb of ram so i think i will be alright.
and i dunno bout media.
but i did something last night and got a successfully burned dvd. i did it in nero burning rom, and burnt it as a dvd image with an image file, but i have no idea how that or my movie appeared broken up in video_ts. i mean i did copy it to the video_ts so maybe that was it but i'll have to see again, but i did get a successful burn last night.
1.)how do i make my movie broken up into seperate smaller files in video_ts?

2.)how do i make a dvd image file of the movie?
i randomly stumbled upon the dvd image file in my video_ts last night and the movie was broken up into 5 pieces all .99gb and it had a video image which is what i clicked and successfully burnt the movie and it plays perfectly, but i didn't even do anything in video_ts nor know if i did anything to create an image file, so can anyone help?
Jake you can't rip a DVD straight your Hard drive as an image, but with programs like AnyDVD or DVDFab Decrypter you can rip them to your HD then use Img Burn or DVD Flick to make an image of the Video_TS folder.
I don't know about AnyDVD by itself, as I never used it, but if you use it with DVD Shrink, you can rip the movie to your Hard Drive as an ISO. You can also rip to hard drive directly as an ISO using DVDFab HD Decrypter.
