Silent Hill PSX Pal to NTSC?

Can Someone please clarify that silent hill pal can be patched to ntsc and y fix "centered" and played normally on a slim v12 ps2?

Then you patch it with PPFomatic: http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_ppf.shtml#PPF-O-Matic

Yes PSX=PS1. That's a common abbreviation for it. Silent Hill 1 and 2 were for PSX.

Yeah, it's rather annoying when searching for PSX stuff.. some sites dont use PSX, some use PS1, some even just say playstation hehe.

This should get you pointed in the right direction. I have never patched a NTSC game to PAL, never had a reason, my PS2/TV are NTSC. Plus my chip auto centers games from any region with ease. http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_utils.shtml
