Ok,looking at getting a projector.

My primary viewing will be for DVD movies.

Now, since DVD is only 480 and my DVDPLAYER will send the signal in either 480i or 480p, will the picuture quality hurt with up conversion from the dvd player or projector?

Is it ideal to get a projector with the 480 as the native setting or does it matter?

I am worried about getting a projector for DVD viewing only and find out that the picture will not be near the quality of normal tube tv.
