You do not have a lot of memory spare, close down all unnecessary progs and dont multitask while burning, I would consider adding another stick (256meg) of ram to your comp
You are using the LATEST version of Nero, I have read that this one is causing all sorts of problems.
Your firmware is current so no problem there

Your log looks OK, except the "KEY_ILLEGAL_REQUEST", this usually means that your burner doesn't like the media you're using. Out of curiosity, what kind of media did you used to burn?
And yes, the latest of Nero 7.0.5.4 has nothing but tons of bugs, I can confirmed it because I've updated to 7.0.5.4 and I have nothing but bugs (i.e. Nero Recode 2, Nero Vision 4, Nero ShowTime won't work), I haven't tried Nero Burning Rom yet. However, I dumped that buggie version and went back to Nero 7.0.1.4 which it has been burning flawlessly as it should. I've never experienced any issues with bugs until I update to Nero 7.0.5.4, so it's wise to go back to 7.0.1.4 or 7.0.1.4B if you can.
Below is an example of a successful burned log of mine. You can compare yours to mine and see if you'll notice any differences, look at log for reference:

I have tried to burn several different things. I Tried burning a slide show of pictures I made to practicing burning an information disc. both show the same when I try to burn.
