For some odd reason some of my .mp3 audio files skip on my iPod. The number of files that skip are relatively small (less than 10), but is kind of an annoyance. Their bit rate is only 160kbps. When they are played on the computer they do not skip at all. I have the firmware 1.0 (because I heard the 1.1 screwed up videos).

Try to delete and put the songs back on ur iPod

Give the iPod a restore by connecting it up to your puter, opening up the Apple updater & clicking 'restore'. I had a few skippy tracks a while ago & a simple restore solved the problem. If this doesn't solve the problem, please post back.
