flickering text in menu animation preview

I am using Nero Vision express 3 and am trying to create an animated background for a dvd menu.

However when I preview the animation all of the text is jittery adn flickering as the animation plays. I have done menus in nero vison express before without any problems so cant see why its doing this all of a sudden.
Does anyone have any ideas?
