Hello ,
I am getting a strange problem from my machine's sound card .When I try to play a mp3 or other files from my hard drive it does not work . Only hissing sound comes out . But when I burn same files to cd and play it it plays it perfectly .

I am able to voice chat with yahoo messenger also .

Is there any problem in my sound card ? If yes then I it is playing from cd and not from hard drive .

Please suggest
