I have ripped several dvd 9 movies and have only had minor problems with washout but I just did oceans 11 and when I put it in the picture is garbage. I set the scale factor to 84% because thats what dvd calc tells me it should be but is there any way to get better quality with less wash out when re encoding dvd movies

(by the way I am using 720*480 output resolution)
