Hi every one i am new here this is my first pos so go easy on me lol.
I have nero 7 which i just got so i can create dvds myself easily with nice menus with audio. Anyway this isnt the problem i am currently trying to burn some episodes of a tv show to disc but when played on the computer the sync is fine but when i put it onto Dvd the lip sync becomes out of sync from about a minute in and progrssively gets worse. I have tried one of the solutions suggested which is to use Virtual dub an seperate audio from video then silence hte video and merge when burning so to speak. But this did not solve. The videos are in avi. formmat and are approx 349mb in size. Please cna somebody help me with this problem.

That error somes when the AVIs audio is compressed MP3 VBR instead of MP3 CBR.
The solution is: separate the audio as uncompressed WAV with VirtualDub (Audio__Full processing mode + File__Save WAV), then compress the WAV into someting DVD compliant (MP2 is enough and is compressed 224 kbps or, if you can build one, you can create a 384 kbps AC3 - Dolby Surround - stream [but don't expect great results, since you started from a lame MP3 gotten from an AVI]), then mux video + audio toghether, either by multiplexing MPV + MP2 --> MPG (if you're making a (S)VCD) or authoring M2V + MP2--> VOB set (if you're making a DVD).
Actually, you can use a WAV stream, during authoring, but compressing it to MP2 doesn't waste sound quality and frees more room on the DVD, for a higher bitrate video [WAV is 1411 kbps, standard MP2 are only 224 kbps].
This because the outout movies made from a VBR MP3 AVI always goes out-of-sync as long as the movie plays, and therefore you need to replace that audio stream.
