im trying to play a u.s version of final fantasy 8 on my pal ps2 using breaker pro.it loads up fine and about an hour into the game when you first go into a battle playin as laguna the game will just freeze and that it.
any ideas wots rong

Try using a different software to burn it as with Parasite Eve 2 for me as when I burned it with Alcohol 120% and clonecd it froze in the same spot but when I used Nero it played fine right up until the end credits. :)

PS You definately wanna play through it as it is one of the best games to grace my PS1/2 EVER!

thay are not backed up copys ff8 i bought when i was in the u.s and breaker pro i bought off of ebay

Ahh soz m8!! Have you tried backing the same disc up to see if it's an unreadable scratch as I'v heard that sometimes burning it can fix it.
