Hello everyone,
I'm considering buying an xbox 360 and am curious if it will support video output to two televisions with only one console and game disk? I've heard that the ps3 will be able to do it so that two players won't have to share a single screen anymore. Just wondering if there is some type of signal splitter that would allow for the same thing with 360?

i use this to output the 360's component and audio signals to 2 hdtv's.

no loss of video quality whatsoever.

there are also vga splitters available out there from several sources if you want to use the 360's vga adaptor. example:

Thanks for your response; forgive my runDUMdance LOL but just to be clear, will this splitter take the output from one 360 console playing say Call of Duty 2 on Split Screen Mode and give each of the two televisions thier own FULL picture? Or will each of the two televisions have the original split screen format. The end result that I'm hoping for is that each of the two players on Split Screen Mode will have a FULL screen view and not two televisions each having a split screen view as that would defeat the pupose. Finally I don't have HDTV so I figure(?) that I'll need the vga splitter?

or just get two 360's and 2 copies of the game, and do a system link?

Yeah... ideally if I had an extra $500 then that would be the way to go, but I don't so if I can get a $100 splitter that will give comparable results then that is the way for me...at least until I can afford a second console!

smurff is correct.
to do multiplayer in cod2 with full screen on each tv you have to have a 360 and a copy of the game for each player and do system link (maximum of 16 players for system link - now that would be some party!). the splitter will just output the same split-screen on both tv's - sorry.
