ok the graphics on ps2 were crappy. but i loved both 1 and 2. storyline was deep and dark.
wat is ur take on it?
also make some suggestions for max payne 3.
btw, are they making a movie on Max Payne.

I love the comics in max pane one I never knew his name was max payne i always thought it was like it sounded.

I thought the games was great.
suggestions for Max Payne 3 get rid of those things where he's drugged and has to walk on that red line. They drove me mental nearly stopped playing it.

i played the first one which i loved but i have'nt played the second one is it any good?

i loved max payne 1, the slow motion was incredible and all the great guns, i loved it, even the ragdoll effect after kills. but for some reason, i get stuck in max payne 2 when i'm in the burning building that i have to meet mona on the other end. i can make it to the point where you switch characters and i die with her. then i have to start from the begining, it just makes me so mad i quit playing it.

the second one is really cool as well. in it you can actually USE the bullet time.

instead of running away, return to the place where a caravan like thing falls, go inside it and close the door, wait till all bombs have stopped exploding . now, u can safely walk out and gun down the backstabbers.

i liked the Max Payne games myself
I didn't get the chance to finish either, but i have the first one on PS2 and the second on my Xbox
I liked the dark, graphic novel feel of the game and thought that the graphics and gameplay were both good. Remember that it was one of, if not the, original game that had the slow motion jump and fire option which was revolutionary at the time. I thought the story line was well written and had much better voice acting than a lot of other games. i would rate them at least a 3.5 out of 5

max payne 1 was the first ps2 game i ever played,
story made my brain freeze tho,
i think they will make a movie,
but you might as well watch "the punisher" lol

i can get thru the part with max, its when i switch to mona, i get killed before i can finish her part. so when i die i start back out with max, which just pisses me off everytime. so i just quit playing it.
