Can I make copies of PS2 games using DVD XCopy Gold or Easy CD & DVD Creator 6?

I'd like to make copies of PS2 games. Is it possible to use either of the two types of copying software I already own (DVD XCopy Gold and Easy CD and DVD Creator 6)? I'm in the process of copying Gran Turismo 4 to an .ISO file and burning that to a DVD+R, I'm just not sure if it will work correctly. If that doesn't work I will attempt to re-copy it to the default file type, which was .CD2 or something like that, then try to burn it over. Any suggestions?

You picked probably the hardest game to copy to start with. You can probably use easy cd, but you can also use DVD Decrypter (free).
You will also need a mod for your ps2.
