Open your PS2 with the eject button, put in your Swap Magic disk and boot.
You will then come to a screen with an option to start with the x button or the square button.
At this point OPEN THF FLIP TOP and place the copy you have made in the PS2 and press x. Some times you need to use the square button
If you have made the copy correctly your game will play.
I don't know what a Breaker Pro is but I don't have one and I get along fine
Adh Mor (good luck)

Thanks but That is the normal way to load a backup, I have backed up most of my games and have had no problems loading them at all.
The reason I asked about booting a PSX or PS1 backup is because it instantly says "invalid PS2 disc" or something at the Load Program screen. The disc I am trying is a CD-R made with ImbNES emulator and soem NES roms, anyone have any experience with this??
I got SNESstation to work fine (CD-R with SNESstation emulator and SNES roms in a folder) but the NES emulator is not working at all.

Well, you could try making a CD structure Exploit disc using the Independence Installer. Just make sure you use the CD and not MC structure. Have it use keylauncher as the launcher and boot the disc up using SM CD version. After keylauncher boots eject in your PSX original, have keylauncher boot to the browser screen, and your PS2 should see the PSX original game in. At this point, you can use your flip-top to put in your backup, press the black CD and it should boot your backup just as if it were an original.

MC Exploit
ULaunchELF 3.78
HDLoader 0.8a with 160Gb Maxtor HDD
Nintendo GameCube DOL-001
XenoGC 2.0
POTS adjusted to 400Ohms from 496Ohms and runs everything thrown at it
If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

There you go! You need patience to run PSX backups on the PS2 with the exploit anyway, so you'd probably end up buying it after anyway lol
