I've been using Avi2DVD for a while now and only lately have I been running into encoding problems. Using the HCEnc encoder, it doesn't finish the first pass, or will not start the second pass. I've tried one of the other encoders with no luck either. This has happened for various avi files now. I've tried reinstalling as well as updating to a newer version, but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions for this frustrating problem??
