SNES roms to ps2 console

Hiya i was wondering if snes roms are PAL and NTSC. and also i burned SNESsumthing.elf and i did every thing the guide said i had like 60 roms on a DVD+R and i burned like snes station files with it my ps2 couldnt read it i really want to play snes games on my ps2. i also wondered whats the controls on the ps2?

Remember to use high quality DVDs and burn at half the maximum speed otherwise you're PS2 will probably encounter difficulties whilst trying to read it.

What I did was open up nero burning rom,
Select DVD,
Select UDF/ISO,
Drag CNF and ELF files onto name column,
Followed by your rom directory,
Click the name button once,
make sure ISO tab is as follows;
file system- ISO 9660+joilet
Character set- ISO 9660
Big nono to multisession,
then burn the sucka at your desired speed.
Never failed for me :)
PS Do you have a method to boot backups and is your PS2 compatible with DVD+R format as mine is a V9 pal and will only read DVD-R.

Hiya mike i'm now using samsung +r's and snesstation work b-e-a-utifully and i also got pgen. is there any other ones that are good?
hav they got one for gba? appreciate all help.

I could never get the game to play on a Swap Disc setup PS2, then I pop it in my DMS4 Pro equipped PS2 and it plays perfect.
Just a thought.

I'm having a problem I already made one snes dvd awhile ago works fine, but now I made another with about 700+ roms and it does'nt show any roms in my snes folder when it loads up. Is there a maximum limit?

the program is called snesstation and doesnt run on dvd discs only cd
http://snes-station.gamebase.ca/index.htm
then go to creating a cd for unmodded consoles for swap magic near the bottom or if u have a modded console its at the top.

OK gregi. its just my ps2 dunt read cd based games coz its crap does any one think i should get action replay max evo with 16mb flash stick. it says it allows the ps2 to read cd based games. anyone recommend it

I'm not sure but I think you can burn SNES Station with A 120% not sure about it thou

i had to download the Nero 7 upgrade to get Nero burning rom to make my snes-station disc because i too only had Nero smart start which came with my computer.

i have never tried it with cd/dvd gen,but i'm sure you can use that instead
