Problems with Conversion from ratDVD to DVD

I never had problems like these before. But a few files, not all of them (rat-files) lead to an error while converting to DVD-format.
But when I check these certain files with ratcheck, the systems tells, that they're allright.

System Report:
AppName: xebencoder.exe AppVer: 0.7.8.333 ModName: xebtcd.ax
(What the hell is this xebencoder?)

Can anybody help me?
