I have NERO7 I downloaded a show to my hard drive any how I want to try to eliminate the commercials in it,is Nero vision the wright program for doing that?

No. Vision is it in Nero. There are other apps that will do it such as ulead, showbiz and many others. But in Nero vision is it.
