I got my xbox 360 on 17th Decemeber 05 and it worked great for 2 months with the odd crash on pgr3. Yesterday, I took it back and got a brand new 1 due to the fact it could'nt start a game without crashing. Anyway, with this new 360 I tried to go on xbox live but it keeps saying that the update failed. Anyone got this before?

I never had this problem, check your connection, if that's okay then it looks like your taking back another 360.

check ur parenst control settings cause they could be set so where u cant download stuff

I just got the Xbox and I'm trying to connect it to Xbox Live as well. I'm getting the update failure when I try to join Xbox Live. Also after that I try to Test Xbox Live Connectivity, then I get an MTU Failed, this did not happen on the first try. I did change the MTU setting on my wireless router, but no success. Anyone have a solution? I'll Customer Support in the morning.
