I have a Tony Hawk's American Wasteland PS2 game which is in german or dutch (except for voices and sounds), I'm not really sure. Is there any way for me that, with isobuster, I can replace the language file and add the english language? If I can do that, where can I get the english language file?

Possibly yes, And Im afraid the only way to get the file's is either, The PC version (if there the same extension's), get the full (english), or get the original and back it up.
