I was using eMule the other night, when all the sudden Protowall lit up like a Christmas tree blocking packets from Tachyon Inc, NAVAL AIR WARFARE CTR, NAVAL CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIVE SVC, NEW YO (66.181.63.35).

I thought whoa, what does some Rumsfeld counterintelligence spook want with me?

But when I looked up the IP# on DSL Reports I came up with:

--------------------------------------------------------------
Tachyon Inc. TAC-M-66-181-32-0 (NET-66-181-32-0-1)
66.181.32.0 - 66.181.63.255
DSI ELECCIONES CAMPECHE 2 TAC-66-181-63-32 (NET-66-181-63-32-1)
66.181.63.32 - 66.181.63.39

Anyone know what this is all aboot? Tachyon does work the DoD and 858 is a San Diego area code, but is Donald on vacation in Mexico? Perhaps he's down there to see a donkey show.

Anyone? Maybe I didn't phrase it right. I'm referring to the lists generated by Bluetack's blocklist manager that you use in Protowall and Peerguardian. Do they often have the incorrect domain or organization associated with the IP?
