Has anyone been sued or gotten in trouble for downloading porn dvds from sites such as bittorent or sexotorrent.com?

Download movies is privacy. It does not matter of regular or porn dvds. You are better careful if you already downloaded a lot porn dvds.

Not that im aware of anyway , but im sure there is someone somewhere , but bit torrent is fairly safe if you take the right measures

I heard they are really crackin down on people downloading movies even though I have not heard of anybody getting sued..can anybody confirm this?

Depends on the studio that produced the porn. Not all of the Porn studios have legions of sue eager lawyers working for em like the MPAA member studio's do.

The Porn industry so far hasnt gotten its feather's ruffled over ppl dling their porns so you oughta be clear

My friend said he got an email from a gay porn site saying he downloaded some of their material off p2p illegally. They said he would be off the hook if he bought one of their dvds. He said he didn't even remember downloading any gay porn. The email turned out to be a trick. I'm guessing they either just wanted to steal his money, or wanted sales -- But I'd be surprised that a legit business could get away with doing that.
