Just burned a copy of Rez and I'm having trouble, please help...

I recently burned a copy of Rez, an old, blue-bottomed, CD, PS2 game. I burned the game using Nero. It was burned at a speed of 4X, the lowest setting for creating backup CD's. There was a message which said that 'This CD is Copyrighted', in the message box of Nero. After the game burned, I tested it out using Swap Magic 3.6 CD version. The CD made a horrible noise in the tray and after several times of making sure the disc was inserted properly, I kept getting the same error message that it was not a valid disc. What did I do wrong? Does it have anything to do with the Copyright on the game? I've never had this problem when creating backups for my DVD, PS2 games. Can someone help me? Can I still salvage this burned CD? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks. =)

try Alcohol 120% make sure you select ps2 as disk type and burn at 4X
