Best Avi. to Mpeg 2 Encoding Programs?

Alright, this is what I feel after using most of the programs out there.(in order of increasing quality).

Very Fast but Relatively Low Quality -> WinAvi & DVD Santa

Fast And Medium Quality -> VSOtoDIVX & Avi2DVD

Fast and Medium-High Quality -> Main Concept

Slow but Great Quality -> TMPGEnc & Procoder

Fast & Excellent Quality -> CCE

This is my opinion on the main programs out there.

=But what do YOU think the best overall encoder would be -> Based on time, quality (#1 in my opinon), and ease of use.

CCE seems to give me blocky video, and ive adjusted all the settings.
