Got our new BenQ DW1655 in to replace the dead Pioneer A07D. Updated Nero, DMA is on, ASPI layer is working, booktype is active in Qsuite, tried to burn a DVD off the HD with Shrink and got this error msg. I have several movies already ripped to the HD's (w/DVD Fab) and ready to burn, but can't.
Not sure if the drive is DOA, since it can read in Qsuite and the error is in Nero which is software?
Any help is appreciated.

Make sure you use the general Clean Tool from nero website to uninstall Nero. Do not uninstall from Control Panel, as not all Nero entries will be removed this way.
If you already did it, go in the registry and delete any Nero entry before reinstalling.
