Hi!

Im having problems burning CD-RW media on my Nero 6. The weird thing is that after the burning process is done it says burned succesfully. But there´s nothing on the cd. It´s blank! I know my burning rom supports CD-RW and I can burn CD-R media just fine. So does anyone have a clue to what causes this problem? Thanks.

/Nicke

Both Nero6 and Nero7 have been causing a few problems lately. To be able to assist you further can you please post a log of your last burn. It can be found here
Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Once this is done we'll have a look and see if we can solve the problem

Hi!

Here´s the log file. See if you can figure something out. Strange that Nero says burn process completed successfully at 10x when the CD appears to be blank??? Thanks alot! /Nicke

You have INCD installed. You should go to nero website and install InCd Cleaning tool and remove InCd as it conflicts with Nero.

Are you trying to burn a music cd? if so,you should burn "Disc-at Once" so the CD could be played in your home player.
When you say your disc is empty, did you right click on your drive and explore the content of the CD? or it says empty when you put it in a CD player?

Also there is an update for your firmware:

Hi!

It doesn´t matter if I have INCD installed or not, it wont burn CD-RW. I`ve tried to burn movies and other programs as regular datafiles but the CD comes out totally blank. I´ve tried both "track at once" and "disc at once". I have explored the media and it´s blank. 700mb free space. But when I try to burn again I will have to erase the CD or Nero won´t start the burning process. I´ll try the update you attached. Thanks for the reply. /Niklas
