HELP PLZ DVD BURNER

hey,
im trying to copy a dvd data disc and nero starts to create an image and takes for ever and says failed. i ahve a pioneer dvdrw dual layer burner 109.

can someone please help me

It appears you are running Roxio with Nero, they clash so I would uninstall Roxio ASAP

Doesnt like your media, try Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

There is an update for your burner's firmware:

Your burner didn't like the media,maybe a firmware update will fix your media error:

TA-Status 0x02 (0x01, SCSI_TASTATUS_CHKCOND)
Sense Key: 0x03 (KEY_MEDIUM_ERROR)
make sure you use quality media, like suggested above.

Nero Version: 6.6.0.8

Your nero version is old. Update here,not the last vesion, as that one is full of bugs.
