i have downloaded a ps2 game as a .rar file, unziped it and now there are many files! how do i get them on disc so that i can play the game?

First off, never say you downloaded a game in this forum, they will ban you in a second (edit your message) and I always get iso and not rar so I am not really familiar. Try converting it to an iso.

First of all, you are not going to be banned for saying you downloaded a game. Secondly, open the .001 file in that long list, there should be an iso there that you can extract.

Yeah, downloading games gets mentioned a lot in here... it's if you actually directly link to pirated material or request it, for that you'll get banned.

i find this works better exrat all the rar files then dont try and extrat the files just find the rar file because i alway bugger it up and extrat the wrong one
also anyone else get this
when you extrart the iso/bin get a sercuity msg and sometimes they dont label as WinRAR file make no diff cos you can still extrat them
always try and get the WinRAR files less chance on being broken + you get the compresion so smaller to dl ive just dl eyetoy (i have orgianal b4 kids cover it in chocolate) dl size was 150mb extrated was a 4 gig iso see my point but you dont get that all time

Well first of all rick_6 when you open up the rar file, click on .001 or .00, doesn't really matter which on you click on just make sure all the rars are in the same spot. If there is no iso file and there is a bunch of different files like a elf file and textures and folders and stuff take all of those and put them in a seperate folder. Then get cdgenps2 and open up all the files in that folder you created(drag and drop onto the right side), then what you want to do is click on img on the right side and that will give you an iso, if it gives you a bin thats fine too but i prefer iso. If you really want to be safe download a bin to iso program and then burn with DVD Decrypter using verbatim 8X burning at 4x speed. Hope this helps
