I've been on here a while and read just about every faq or guide on here regarding torrents but my downloads are still slow. I am running on XP with a westell modem using dsl. I opened port 12242 as well as others as said by J-Kwons guide, turned off the firewall but still slow speeds. I went to that sheilds up site that gives you the status of your ports and for some reason it still says "Stealth" regarding all of the ports I "opened" in network connections. I tried the trail of BT Engine but when i click run it tells me to but the product. I can barely get speeds over 15KB/s even with 15-20 seeders. Any suggestions? Any kind of reply or answer is appreciated. I reaally need help. Ive been working on this for too long. peace

yep DVDBack and I loved it, i followed everything to a T even downloaded the bitcomet you said to do. However the only way I opened the ports was using J-Kwon's guide.
