Problems with POP-T2T

hey people..i downloaded the game POP t2t from bit torrent sucessfully..
now when i try and extract the files to my harddisk(SATA-120gb-NTFS partition) i get these errors:


! F:\POP2Thrones\mir-popt2t.rar: Packed data CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The volume is corrupt
! F:\POP2Thrones\mir-popt2t.r22: Packed data CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The volume is corrupt
! F:\POP2Thrones\mir-popt2t.r26: Packed data CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The volume is corrupt
! F:\POP2Thrones\mir-popt2t.r29: Packed data CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The volume is corrupt
! F:\POP2Thrones\mir-popt2t.r31: Packed data CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The volume is corrupt
! CRC failed in MIR-POPT2T.mdf. The file is corrupt


and the mdf file gtets deleted..wht to do?
help me asap!
