Bought Killzone, online time out!?!?!

i have the actual killzone game (got it new @ toyrsus for $9.99)
i play online, and it times-out on me every time!
all my other games work fine online. battlefront 2 works perfectly. i put my ps2 in the dmz in my router, so no port problems.
this also happens for burnout revenge. i bought this game too, before i got my ps2 modded.
wtf???

On your computer make sure all your windows are closed. Also try unplugging your modem for 5 minutes and plugging it back in(I mean cable cord and all).

I had problems with Star Wars Battlefront 1 same problem but not with any other games.
v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD

like what if some dude has dsl (1/4 the bandwidth of cable), would it hang too?

I had the same prob with Burnout Revenge, its really annoying. All the other online games i have like Battlefield 2, Killzone, etc all work perfectly!!!

also, why are there only a few players on burnout revenge? i thought it's a popular online game

The most popular online games for PS2 would most probably be fps such as battlefield 2, Socom games, killzone etc... All other games it varies alot but fps always have quite a few on!!
