hey i just recently switched to azureus from bitlord. I was previously running peer guardian 2, but i noticed that azureus had a blocklist plug in that i downloaded and installed, My question is, will i be less secure if i dont run peer guardian and just use the plug in that came with azureus or should i still leave PG up and running?

Leave peerguardian running, for sure. Peerguardian is the best in it's field. Though I don't see any harm in running the Azureus plug-in aswell :-)
