I have some DivX files that I encoded using the original AC3 5.1 audio track. They play fine if I use the analog stereo output of my DVP642 player. I just got a surround receiver. If I play these same files using the digital output the audio stutters a bit at the beginning and is then several seconds out of sync. The files were encoded using AutoGK. Files I've encoded recently using newer releases of AutoGK do not have this problem. Any ideas? Any possiblity of fixing these without a full re-encode? I know the file name of the audio files contain delay info before muxing. Any ideas?

Thanks
