It's apparently possible using iPod Linux, but I don't know anything about it and wouldn't strongly recommend it myself.

No you cant, nothing can convert to that size of a screen. You can store movies on there, but not play them.

serpiroth, I wouldn't be so hasty on that one. I have never tried it, but as Darkjello says, apparently, you can get video on other generations of iPod using the iPodLinux hack. Though I wouldn't recommend using it as it could void one's warranty.

It's not really worth ruining your iPod over. You won't get great picture quality on the nano screen anyway, as it is extremely small..

instead od scewing around with your nano, you can sell it on ebay. And since you dont care about warrenties by a cheap ipod video on ebay. You sould be able to only lose 150$ in the upgrade if done right. Hacks arent worth the risk. If someone wants to have a little fun with you, they can make the hack so your ipod doesnt work anymore. And do you think ipod will give you a refund from warrenty??? Remeber hacks are normally either trying to be extremly helpful or trying to screw you over. I have neaver encounted one inbetween.

Well I have a business that I can put linux on ipods. you just pay
$15 and ship it to me I will put linux on it with out making it now work. If I brake it you will get a free ipod plus with linux on it I have been doing this for about 3 weeks now and I have got about 37 ipod from people and none of them I have not broken. Advetising there helped the post out, it gave people the knowleged of there being a safer opption then hacking their ipod by themselves.
