if i was smart i would have never bought this system,i have had nothing but problems with mine.the first one i got worked for a few
weeks,it started freezing up.so i sent that one back no problem,then the second one started freezing up also,so im starting to get pissed.
the xbox service people only knew the words "sorry about that".so
moving on to the third one,they screwed the order up and it took 15
days to finally get another refurbished unit.SO ON TO THE FOURTH UNIT
PLAYED IT FOR A WEEK AND IT QUIT WORKING ALL TOGETHER.SO MY ADVICE
IS "WELL THANKS MICROSOFT FOR NOTHING" AND I WILL AND YOU SHOULD
STAY AWAY A LEAST TILL THE BUGS ARE OUT OF THIS UNIT.
SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.

Ya i'm happy with mine, but today it happened it froze on me playing Need for speed, i think it was the game it self, not the console.

well yea it does, it happened again, i really think its the game, cuz my other games have not frozen on me. i think it freezes cuz it trys load the music after a race or during, can some one confirm this.

I agree with you man my friend got the 360 and IM NOT IMPRESSED BY GAME QUALITY AT ALL!!! I hope the games get better which obviously they will over time... but forget the 360 ps3 will be 100x better

teh good games havent even came out yet and u guys seem to be teh only ones with problems i have had my xbox since jan 1st its been standing up teh whole time not 1 problem yet its never froze or anything

Egdevils is right. The playstation 3 will have graphics 100 times better than the 360. That's a completely accurate statement.
Thank you for gracing us with your supreme knowledge. I was under the impression that the graphics for both systems would be fairly equal for the majority of the consoles lives, but where in the world would I get that notion from?

ceja 11 I found that NFS froze on me after I beat on of the Blacklist racer. As soon as I would get to the screen where I got to pick two markers to try and get his/her pink slips, the game would freeze. Which made me have to do all the races all over again. I also play Fable The Lost Chapters on my XBOX360 and it froze a couple of times. I seem to believe it has something to do with the 360 getting pretty warm which can cause the games to freeze or crack.

Interesting , seems we have problems in different points, but now playing for more than 2 hours straight, i can confirm that with out the music playing from the nfs dvd, it hast frozen. Ive been playing music from my ipod, again it hasnt frozen, i will continue checking this out.

Nah, Its just my controller i have problems with ... batteries run out too quick.
