Scratched my Madden 2006 game...

I scratched my Madden 2006 game a while ago, but found useful direction from someone on this website, and luckily it still works. Thanks, Scuba Pete.

Unfortunately, I still can't play with the Dallas Cowboys online now.

Is there any way I can legally make a backup of this disc that will allow me to play with the Cowboys online? I tried using most techniques to fix the scratch, but none have worked. I'm thinking of trading with my neighbor, since he doesn't have X-box live anyways.

1. the 360 can't play backups (...yet)
2. has anyone figured out a way to do 360 backups?
3. a backup of a scratched disc will still have the damaged sectors

trade with your neighbor and hope he's not a cowboys fan.
