I have never used the Messages on emule but I have one person being persistent in trying to reach me and then another today. If I click Messages tab I see the first person's name and a lot of Connecting and Disconnects. I am able to type a message in the message bar which then appears on the screen but then I get disconnected.I have the first person's name in my User Name slot.

Not sure how to be able to handle messages. I don't want to get involved in IRC chat but Messages might be handy. Any help please?
