I own the premium Xbox 360 along with a second wireless controller and 2 games (Need for Speed Most Wanted & Call of Duty 2) The system is great. Mine has never froze before, the loads are fast, and it's cool how you can plug it into ur computer and access music and photo's. Great System.

streaming high definition video from my win mce pc.....mmmmmmmm

i agree... but when i got my first 360 i had the core... then i had to get a harddrive and when i would play games it would freeze... so i had to return my 360 and get a new one... they should have waited to send them out

I haved only had my 360 for a few days (premium version) and I must say I am very impressed. I bought 4 games Fifa 06, Condemned, Kameo, and my favourite Call of duty 2(all for £39.97). I live in the U.K and I have had no problems with overheating, discs being scatched, or any other problems so far (touch wood). My 360 has been on for atleast 12 hours a day. If anyone has any doubts about buying one DONT it is worth every penny.
Besides if you are waiting for a PS3 then you are in for a long wait as it will not be released till late 2006 early 2007 (uk)

I have been very impressed with my Xbox 360. Now when I play Smackdown Vs. Raws on PS2 or Ninja Gaiden on Xbox I can't help, but think they'd look so much better if they were made for the 360 from the ground up. To sum up the 360 for me, the graphics often leave me stunned in how good they look, the controller is great and it has a very good online community.

Thought on xbox 360
NEGATIVE side
-they didnt make enough consoles on launch
-the wireless adapter is daylight robbery
-some of them were faulty(luckaly mine wasn't)
-The guy who decided on which xbox (v1) games to be made backward compatible with xbox 360 decided to include "Barbie Horse Adventure" but not "phantasy star online" OMG WTF!!!! was he high or something?
-video streaming is only compatible with the media centre OS and nothing else(that really, really irritated me)
POSITIVE SIDE
YYYYYIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEE :) :) :)
XBOX Live is SOOOO much better and the game's (espcially DOA4) look awsome, and it's HDTV compatible wooohooo.

i've had mine for a week. i think its great piece of technology. i found out the ps3 is going to be delayed so i decided to get this. i will also get the ps3 as soon as it comes out.
i also got annoyed about not being able to stream video on Xp. i also cannot rip from mp3 cd's, or save videos, it really brings down the xbox's excellent media capibilities.
but apart from that the graphics are excellent and i still love it
